Terms and Conditions for Emaar NYE at Burj Park

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for the Emaar NYE event at Burj Park. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

Emaar NYE at Burj Park is a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration set in the heart of Downtown Dubai, offering an uninterrupted view to the world-famous Emaar NYE festivities. This year, we are introducing an exclusive ticketed event to enhance your experience.

2. Exclusive Benefits

By purchasing a ticket for Emaar NYE at Burj Park, you can enjoy the following benefits:

  1. Guaranteed uninterrupted views of the NYE celebration and shows.
  2. Live entertainment, food, and handpicked beverages.
  3. Access badges for entry (details provided below).

3. Badge Collection

Please note the important details regarding badge collection:

  • Dates: Badges can be collected from Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, and Dubai Marina Mall between December 26th and 30th, 2023.
  • Badge collection is mandatory for entry to Burj Park and access to specific areas.

4. Tickets and Prices

  • Adult Ticket: AED 300
  • Kids Ticket: AED 150 (for children between 5 and 12 years old)
  • Free Ticket for Children under the age of 5.
  • Each ticket includes one meal from the assigned food stalls and 2 drinks.
  • Doors open at 16:00.
  • Tickets are available for purchase online only.
  • A variety of food trucks, stalls, live performances, and other amenities will be available.

5. F&B at Burj Park

Burj Park will have a delightful selection of 14 food and beverage trucks and stalls to satisfy your culinary desires.

6. Entry Gate

Guests can go to Gate 5 to the entrance gate of Burj Park.

7. Ticket Purchase Details

Tickets will be available online starting from November 10th.

8. Entry to Burj Park

To access Burj Park:

  • From Downtown Gate 5. Arrive at the designated Entry Gate (Mexican Gate or Opera Gate) to enter the venue.
  • Present your badge from the confirmation email along with your identification. Entry to Burj Park will not be allowed without the proper badge.
  • Receive a wristband and food-stub.
  • Once you have entered Burj Park, there will be no re-entry allowed if you choose to leave the event for any reason. Please plan accordingly and ensure you have everything you need before entering.

9. Photography and Recording

Attendees are welcome to take photographs and record videos for personal use. However, professional photography and recording equipment (e.g., tripods, drones) are not permitted without prior authorization from Emaar. Please be respectful of the privacy and comfort of other attendees when taking photos and videos.

10. General

  • This ticket is for admission to the Emaar NYE event at Burj Park on December 31, 2023.
  • The ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for commercial gain.
  • The ticket is valid for entry through designated Entry Gate: Mexican Gate or Opera Gate only.
  • The ticket holder must be in possession of a valid badge in order to enter Burj Park.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid ticket.
  • Children and infants under the age of 5 years old will be granted free access to Burj Park.
  • The event is an outdoor celebration. Attendees should be prepared for varying weather conditions, and it is recommended to dress appropriately for the weather. The event will proceed as planned unless there are extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk. In case of any weather-related updates or changes to the event schedule, announcements will be made on our official website and social media channels.
  • While we make every effort to ensure the event proceeds as planned, in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, Emaar reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, attendees will be informed through the contact information provided during ticket purchase.

11. Event Details

  • The event will take place from 16:00 December 31, 2023, to 00:30 January 1, 2024. Final entry to the event will be at 20:00.
  • The event will feature live entertainment, food and beverage trucks, and restrooms.
  • The event is a ticketed event, and all badge holders will be given a wristband and food stamp to access the event.

12. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from the event:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Glass containers
  • Fireworks or other explosives
  • Pets
  • No food to be carried out into the venue

Emaar reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone in possession of prohibited items.

For the safety and security of all attendees, security personnel will conduct bag checks and screening at the entry gate. Please cooperate with these security measures to ensure a smooth entry process.

13. Code of Conduct

All ticket holders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Emaar reserves the right to eject from the event anyone who is found to be disruptive, abusive, or otherwise in violation of the code of conduct.

14. Liability

Emaar is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to ticket holders or their property while attending the event.

15. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Emaar NYE event at Burj Park, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. Updates and Changes

Emaar may update or modify these terms and conditions, the event schedule, or any other event-related information. It is your responsibility to stay informed by checking the official event website and announcements.

17. Additional Information

  • Dubai Police and First Aid Tents will be on site.
  • There are male and female restrooms.
