While the celebrations remain free and open to all, Burj Park offers a serene setting for those looking for something extra special. Here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the iconic show, delicious food and drink options, and a vibrant ambiance.

  • Kids Ticket: AED 370 (for ages 5-12)

  • Each paid ticket includes an F&B voucher: Adult – AED 60 | Children – AED 30

F&B

Over ten food and beverage trucks and stalls will be available throughout Burj Park for visitors to explore. Each paid ticket holder will be given a food and beverage voucher (AED 60 for adult and AED 30 for children) to enjoy a selection of handpicked options.

Badge Collection

Here’s what you need to know about collecting your access badge:

  • Dates: You can pick up your badge between 26 December – 30 December, 2024. Weekdays: 2PM to 10PM; Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 10AM to 10PM
  • Locations:Dubai Mall – Opposite Café Nero, Ground Floor (opposite the Ice Rink)
    Dubai Hills Mall – The Storm coaster, Ground Floor.
    Dubai Marina Mall – Main Customer Service Desk, Ground Floor
  • Important: Badge collection is mandatory for entry to Burj Park and specific areas. There will be no badge collection or validation on 31 December. Make sure to collect your badge by 30 December, no later than 10 PM.
  • Please Note: Tickets with collected badges won’t be reissued, and lost badges cannot be replaced. Keep your tickets and badges safe.

Parking & Public Transport:

To make your arrival smooth, we recommend getting to the venue by 4 PM at the latest. Please check the latest updates from the Road and Transport Authority (RTA) on road closures.

  • Before 4 PM: You can park in public parking areas along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Zabeel Parking, or Fountain Views Parking on first-come, first-serve basis.
  • After 4 PM: Parking will be available at Al Wasl Club Parking and Al Meydan – Falcon Heritage and Sports Centre. Shuttle buses will transfer you to the venue. You must present your badge to use the shuttle service and get off at Dubai Opera bus stop.
  • Important: Keep your badge with you to access the shuttle bus after the celebrations. You will not be able to use the shuttle bus services without your badge.
  • Metro: The metro will be running but may close at authorities’ discretion*.
  • Taxis: Taxis will operate as normal before road closures but will not be able to access Downtown once closures are in effect*.

*Please keep checking the Road and Transport Authority (RTA) website for the most recent information on road closures, public transport status, and timings.

Entry to Burj Park

  • Entry Points: Use Downtown Gate 1 and then proceed to Burj Park Gate 2.
  • Navigation: Your badge will be colour-coded to match lamp post flags. Follow the flags that correspond to your badge colour to help navigate your way to Burj Park.
  • Identification: Present your badge to enter. Access will be denied without your badge.
  • Wristbands and Vouchers: Upon entry, you’ll receive a wristband and food voucher (applicable for paid ticket holders).
  • Re-entry: Once you leave Burj Park, re-entry is not allowed. Please plan ahead.
  • Families with strollers must plan their journey to access Burj Park from Gate 2 on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Any strollers attempting to access through other gates will be confiscated at the entrance.
  • Attendees who are People of Determination (POD) should also access Burj Park from Gate 2 on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.

Facilities Inside Burj Park

We’ve got everything you need for a comfortable evening:
• Restrooms: Separate facilities for men and women.
• Seating: Enjoy picnic tables, drum tables, and bean bag seating (first come, first served).
• Kid-Friendly: Special workshops and areas designed for children.
• Party Packs: Enhance your night with party packs available for purchase (limited stock).

Photography and Recording

Feel free to take personal photos and videos during the event. However, professional equipment such as tripods and drones requires prior approval from EMAAR. Please be mindful of other attendees when capturing your memories.

General Rules

  • The ticket is valid for the EMAAR NYE event at Burj Park on 31 December 2024.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used or resold for commercial gain.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ticket.
  • The event will take place regardless of the weather; however, in the event of severe weather, announcements will be made on our website and social media platforms.
  • EMAAR reserves the right to cancel the event under extraordinary circumstances, in which case you’ll be notified using the contact details you provided when purchasing your ticket.

Prohibited Items

Please note that the following items are not allowed at the event:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • Alcohol
  • Glass containers, fireworks, or explosives
  • Pets
  • Professional photography and recording equipment (e.g., tripods, drones) without prior authorization
  • Laser pointers, permanent markers, felt-tip pens, scissors, or aerosol canisters
  • Horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns, or vuvuzela-type noise-making devices
  • Flags, banners, or signs larger than 30 cm x 30 cm; flagpoles must be attached and non-offensive in nature
  • Outside food and beverages (except for essential baby items)
  • Cigarettes and smoking devices are permitted but can only be used in designated smoking areas

Leaving the Venue

Once the event concludes, roads and public transport will reopen following the authorities’ directions. If using the shuttle service, ensure you keep your badge to board the bus back to the parking area.
