Emaar Parking
Public parking is available on first-come, first-serve basis, but no vehicles will be allowed access after the road closures start, so ensure you arrive before then.

LocationEmaar Shuttle Buses
The shuttle bus service is reserved exclusively for guests with badges, and is not open to the public.
- After 5 PM: Parking will be available at Al Wasl Club and Al Meydan – Falcon Heritage and Sports Centre. Shuttle buses will transport you or your guests to the Downtown area. Please present your badge to use the shuttle service.
- Important: Keep your badges with you at all times to access the shuttle bus service when leaving Downtown after the celebrations. Shuttle buses will not be accessible without a badge.
Pick up/Drop off outside of Downtown Dubai
The pick-up and drop-off service to Downtown Dubai is via shuttle bus, reserved exclusively for guests with badges. It operates from two locations: Al Wasl Club and Al Meydan – Falcon Heritage and Sports Centre. The service starts at 5 PM, and the last pick-up to Downtown will be at 11 PM, subject to change.

If you’re using Dubai Metro to reach Dubai Mall, kindly use Exit 6 for families and Exit 4 for bachelors to reach the viewing areas. On reaching the full capacity of the viewing area, access will be closed for further entries, and you are kindly requested to follow the instructions on site and not try to open the metal barricades and confined pedestrian crossing. Please ensure that you are accessing the designated gate.
Safety Zone
The area around the Burj Khalifa is marked as a safety zone throughout the evening, and visitors are requested to stay away from the marked area.
